
A deposit is a promise from you to me that you are going to buy my puppy and
it is also a promise from me to you that when you come to get your puppy that
it will be here that I will not sell it to someone else
that is why is is non- refundable
Q. I see a puppy I want. Will you hold it for me ?
A. Yes. We will take a non-refundable deposit. Once we receive this deposit we will hold your puppy to a time that we have discussed and agreed
Q. I don't live anywhere near Kentucky. Can I still buy a puppy from you?
A. Yes you can. For an additional charge, we can ship puppies to almost anywhere in the United States serviced by commercial airlines. There are times during the year we can not ship puppies due to carrier restrictions. We do not ship animals to international destinations.
Q. I do live near you or I am going to be in the area. Can I come and see your puppies?
A. We welcome you to come and visit our Kennels, however we do ask that you make an appointment. Please call us at 606-308-4246 to let us know you are coming.
Q. What is your policy on returning puppies?
A. Puppies can only be returned if there is a life threatening defect found by a licensed Veterinarian within the first 48 hours the puppy is in your possession.
Q. What shots will my puppy require?
A. Your puppy will have had it's first and possibly second set of shots when it goes home with you. The rest will be administered by you or your vet.
Q. Why is my deposit non-refundable?
A. Once we receive your deposit, we will hold your puppy for you and not make it available to other potential buyers. If you change your mind, then we have missed opportunities for other sales, and will have to start the process over. Please make sure you are confident in your decision before sending us your deposit.
Q. How can I register my puppy with the American Kennel Club or Continental Kennel Club?
A. Your puppy will come with all the required documentation for either AKC or CKC registration. You as the owner are responsible for sending in the application with the paperwork, as well as pay any required fees.
Q. What kind of payments do you accept?
A. We accept Cash, Money Orders or Western Union. Sorry personal checks are not accepted.
